We are investigating a GPU configuration issue that has resulted in degraded performance for some Skybox AI generation request. Our team is working to diagnose the issue and will provide updates as we have more information.
After watching the service performance and issue remedy for 24hrs we are declaring the incident concluded. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We have isolated the issue and restore service whilst we investigate the issue with the affected GPU configurations. Stability in Skybox AI service has been restored.
