Export Services Identified issue with service configuration resulting in elevated image export errors.

We are investigating a instance of higher export failures that has resulted in performance degradation for image export services. Our team is working to diagnose the issue and will provide updates as we have more information.

The performance degradation with export workers causing export disruption for all file types has been fixed. The service is now fully operational. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Image Generation Services Identified an issue with export and generations being represented correctly on skybox.blockadelabs.com

We have identified a Image Generation and Export causing performance issues for export and generation requests represented on the website. In order to access generations the user must visit the History page following the generation request as the generation is not properly represented in the viewer. Our team is working on a fix and will provide an estimated resolution time shortly.

The issue with generations and exports not being reflected on the skybox.blockadelabs.com causing performance issue for skybox generations and exports has been fixed. This was caused by a configuration issue caused by high demand. The service is now fully operational. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
