We are investigating a generation issue that has resulted in major outage for Model 3 Generation. Our team is working to diagnose the issue and will provide updates as we have more information.

The issue affecting the performance of Skybox AI Model 3 Generation has been resolved . Following an investigation the incident occurred due to abnormally high generation load causing a configuration failure requiring intervention by technical staff.
