Investigation - Degraded Performance for Cubemap and EXR from Model 2 and Model 3 Thursday 25th July 2024 05:55:00
We are investigating an incident that has resulted in degraded performance for the Export of EXR and Cubemaps from both Model 2 and Model 3. Our team is working to diagnose the issue and will provide updates as we have more information.
The issue causing some export types to infrequently fail to export properly has been fixed. The service is now fully operational. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
