Issue with Model 3

We are investigating a server issue that has resulted in downtime for Model 3 skybox generations. Our team is working to diagnose the issue and will provide updates as we have more information.

  • The server issue causing model 3 downtime for web & API has been fixed. The service is now fully operational. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

  • The server issue has been resolved, we're now monitoring performance as we prepare to relaunch regular service.
