The issue affecting the performance of Skybox AI Model 3 Generation has been resolved . Following an investigation the incident occurred due to abnormally high generation load causing a configuration failure requiring intervention by technical staff.
We are investigating a complete outage of one of our workers that has resulted in our Model 2 generations not working. Our team is working to diagnose the issue and will provide updates as we have more information.
