Model 3 Generation Investigation - Generation Outage with M3 Generation

We are investigating a generation issue that has resulted in major outage for Model 3 Generation. Our team is working to diagnose the issue and will provide updates as we have more information.

  • The issue affecting the performance of Skybox AI Model 3 Generation has been resolved . Following an investigation the incident occurred due to abnormally high generation load causing a configuration failure requiring intervention by technical staff.

    Investigation

    We are investigating a complete outage of one of our workers that has resulted in our Model 2 generations not working. Our team is working to diagnose the issue and will provide updates as we have more information.

  • The complete outage causing our Model 2 generations not working has been fixed. The service is now fully operational. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
