Model 3 Generation Investigation - Generation Outage with M3 Generation

We are investigating a generation issue that has resulted in major outage for Model 3 Generation. Our team is working to diagnose the issue and will provide updates as we have more information.

  • The issue affecting the performance of Skybox AI Model 3 Generation on web and API has been addressed and was the result of a 3rd Party Vendor Failure. We are monitoring the situation to ensure that performance levels return to normal. We are pending confirmation of absolute resolution from our 3rd Party Vendor. Thank you for your patience.

    Export - PNG Investigation - Image Export Service Outage

    We are investigating a issue with a Third Party Vendor that has resulted in service outage for Skybox AI Image Export for all images that arn't in JPEG format. Our team is working to diagnose the issue and will provide updates as we have more information.

    Until resolution please continue to use JPEG as this is fully functional.

  • The major outage causing exports for HDRI, PNG, Cube Maps and Video has been fixed! The service is now fully operational. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
