Export Services Identified issue with service configuration resulting in elevated image export errors.

We are investigating a instance of higher export failures that has resulted in performance degradation for image export services. Our team is working to diagnose the issue and will provide updates as we have more information.

  • The performance degradation with export workers causing export disruption for all file types has been fixed. The service is now fully operational. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

    Image Generation Services Issue preventing the use of M2 styles resulting in ' Auto reset failed at dispatched.'

    We've identified the source of the issue affecting API requests with the error "Auto reset failed at dispatched." The problem is impacting deprecated M2 generation styles and the Advanced (no style) option.

    Action required: Please use M3 style IDs only for your generations while we implement a fix. This will ensure your requests are processed without errors. We're working to resolve this and will update you once the fix is deployed.
