Export - Cube Map - Roblox Investigation - Degraded Performance for Cubemap and EXR from Model 2 and Model 3

We are investigating an incident that has resulted in degraded performance for the Export of EXR and Cubemaps from both Model 2 and Model 3. Our team is working to diagnose the issue and will provide updates as we have more information.

  • The issue causing some export types to infrequently fail to export properly has been fixed. The service is now fully operational. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

    We are investigating an incident that has resulted in complete outage of Model 2 Generation. Our team is working to diagnose the issue and will provide updates as we have more information.

  • We've completed the monitoring phase, and this incident is now both resolved & closed. Please contact us if you are having any issues.

  • The issue affecting the performance of Model 2 generations and some export functionality has been addressed. We are monitoring the situation to ensure that performance levels return to normal. Thank you for your patience.

  • We have identified an additional issue causing "HDRI - EXR" and "Cube Map - Roblox" exports not working. Our team is working to diagnose the issue and will provide updates as we have more information.
